A picture book of twenty-seven poems written for children ages four to eight, as well as teddy bear lovers of all ages. The bears have been bought from thrift stores in and are now living in "an old redwood house not far from the sea." Each bear has a special personality. Some of them have problems they have overcome or are trying to overcome. All of them share the joy of friendship.
